Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Wynn oversees the day to day operation of food and beverage department at Six Senses Con Dao. His understanding of food and its delicate relationship with wines gives him the ability to enhance guest’s culinary experiences. His love and passion for food and wine was enhanced when earning extensive qualifications through the UK’s Wine and Spirit Trust.
Beginning his career in his native Myanmar with part time jobs during his studies, Wynn then moved oversees where he worked in Dubai and Doha before joining Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman and then to Soneva Fushi, Maldives where he was appointed resort sommelier. His next role as resort sommelier and beverage expert was at Six Senses Ninh Van Bay before joining Six Senses Con Dao.
