Ricardo Luján

Executive Chef

Ricardo overlooks the dining operations of the resort and he also looks after the on-site organic garden and farms to ensure that he has the freshest produce for delivering a unique culinary experience. He is very keen on fresh seasonal local ingredients and gives a Latin-American twist to the Balinese cuisine. He believes that the perfect dish is made by choosing the best ingredients, treating them with respect and combining them with excellent skills. 

Wayan Sudarma

Executive Sous Chef

Chef Wayan joined Six Senses as an executive sous chef at Six Senses Laamu in February 2016. Balinese by origin, Wayan has a large appreciation for local, fresh and organic ingredients and profound knowledge of Asian cuisines. He carries his family's secret satay recipe with him; an experience that should not be missed.
